Your Personal Choice Menu template is meant to give you a method of listing your own 'YES' foods. Choices of foods to eat that are healthier and fit into YOUR plan.
This list, that you create for yourself, will give you a 'menu' to choose what is best for you in any given situation. It will be with you when you are grocery shopping, at a food-centric event, choosing a restaurant, when you are in a deli, or even on vacation!
For example, if you are on the go and need to stop off for something to eat you will have your Personal Choice Menu in your Little Black Book~Daily Food Diary® pocket that will give you a personal menu of 'Yes' foods.
